POLICY ON REIMBURSEMENT AND CANCELLATION

Effective Date: November 15, 2023

- This document covers the terms and conditions related to Reimbursement and Refund for EDEL Training Services Which we offer to Engineering students and graduates where our courses are purchased by individuals out of their interest.

- These are not applicable to corporate training programmes which we offer to corporates where the conditions are bound by specific contracts.

- These shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy policy and General Terms and Conditions.

- The parties referred to in these Terms of Service shall be deflned as follows:

      o Owner, Us, We: The Owner, as the creator, operator, and publisher of the Website, makes the Website, and certain Services on it, available to users. EDEL Engineering Services, Owner, Us, We, Our, Ours and other first-person pronouns will refer to the Owner, as well as all employees and affiliates of the Owner.

      o You, the User, the Client: You, as the user of the Website, will be referred to throughout these Terms of Service with second-person pronouns such as You, Your, Yours, or as User or Client. For the purpose of these Terms of Service, the term "User" or "you" shall mean any natural or legal person who is accessing the Website. The term "'Your" shall be construed accordingly.

      o Parties: Collectively, the parties to these Terms of Service (the Owner and You) will be referred to as Parties

- We use third-party Gateway Razor-Pay for collecting the course payments. Issues related to un-successful payments could be referred to us at edelrnd@gmail.com. We will verify and revert within 2 working days on the status of payment receipt. In case payment is not received at our end, while its deducted from Your account, its Your responsibility to get it resolved through Razor-Pay customer services. We will not take any responsibility on such failed payments.

- Our courses have limited seats and are live online sessions taken by our experts giving individual attention to the extent possible. You can block a seat by buying a course for a particular slot. Refund / Re-allocation on a different slot against request for cancellation / re-allocation is possible 7 days prior to the course start date. Customer in such cases shall email to edelrnd@gmail.com with title cancellation / reallocation and mentioning the purchase id.

- However, within the last 7 days, such changes are not guaranteed (While refund is not possible in last 7 days, we will strive for re-allocation, but we can’t guarantee the same).

- Any Feedback on quality of lectures, course is welcome. However, cancellation and refund on grounds of dissatisfaction in quality is not allowed.

- After attending any module partially, for personal reasons if a student can’t attend the remaining classes, no refund or re-allocation can be entertained.

- Candidates who don’t do the assignments as allocated in a timely manner or who don’t attend the classes, or who don’t clear the final exams can’t be certified. However, a chance will be given for such candidates to self-read and clear exams to get certified.

- The courses are not transferrable to others.

- EDEL engineering at its discretion, might postpone / cancel the classes due to reasons which are beyond the control of EDEL engineering. In such cases, the course fee will be re-funded in case of cancellation.

- These are online live courses. All course material will be given to you in soft form including the certificate. No hard material will be given by EDEL engineering.

- In case of network issues from your end, EDEL is not responsible and will not re-conduct courses. Its your responsibility to maintain adequate network and Laptop / Tab from your side. However, if our network has issues and we are unable to take the classes, we will re-schedule the classes. In such case of reschedule of a particular session, course refund will not be done.
